At PC Express, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if you are not fully satisfied with your electronics purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all included components and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PC Express account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Components
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer boxes, ensuring all cables, manuals, and software are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
